General handyman with tools needed

I need a very basic handyman (with his/her own tools) to check/adjust a water heater and examine a sink pipe as soon as possible. I have no hot water and I'm a bit cranky. This is a picture of the heater, but we'll need to use tools to access the entire unit. Will entertain all reasonable rates, but I estimate this work will take 30 minutes or less, so please be fair. I am in University Place near 27th and Sunset. This is for Saturday evening (1/29) - preferably. If I don't find someone this evening, I'll leave the ad up for Sunday.
