Rehoming Small Male Black Dog

I found this little guy under my car in the parking lot of the home depot. He is black with a white chest, small, and friendly. He was shaking real bad and i just wanted to give him a warm place to stay since it’s really cold right now. He acts pretty friendly towards people and has nice manners so I believe he belongs to someone. He loves attention and is very energetic. I can’t keep him long because my dog does not get along with him, so I am trying to rehome him as soon as i can. I’ve kept him for about a week and a half and have not had luck finding his owner so i’ll be giving him away.
