Join us for some spring tree planting! Please join us in the great outdoors! On Saturday, February 26th, we will join ABQ NeighborWoods and Tree New Mexico in the Nob Hill neighborhood for some spring tree planting! Volunteers will plant trees with trained team leaders. Instructions, some tools, maps to the tree planting location, and basic tree planting guidance will be provided. At the planting location, the hole is pre-dug, the tree to be planted and mulch is nearby, and a hose and water will be available. We will plant in small groups, with masks and social distance. Please bring a mask, water, hat, sunscreen, any tree planting tools you have, and wear closed toe shoes. We will meet at the ABQ Involved offices in Nob Hill and head over to the planting site together. Children 11 and older are welcome to plant with a parent or guardian.
