BOSTON, MA — A 22-year-old man has been charged with a host of gun law violations after police say he brandished a handgun at a woman during a road rage incident. Near 2 p.m. Friday, a woman called 911 to report that a man had flashed a gun at her along Massachusetts Avenue near Huntington Avenue. Police responded to the area, and saw the man park along Columbus Avenue near Northeastern University. When police approached the man, he took off running, Boston police said. But officers caught up to him behind a building near Davenport Street. Police found a 9mm gun in a fanny pack inside his car. Rashid Parham, of Canton, was charged with unlawful possession of a gun, unlawful possession of a large capacity magazine, unlawful possession of a loaded gun and unlawful possession of a gun without a license.
