Armored Cow Brewing Comedy Night - a Beerly Funny Production *Showtime is 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m.* Beerly Funny is thrilled to partner with Armored Cow Brewing Co. to bring our stand-up comedy show to the University area of Charlotte, NC! Join us for laughs on Saturday, March 12, 2022. Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person in advance or $20 the night of the show. Admission is 21+. OUR COMEDIANS: HEADLINER: CHANEL ALI Chanel Ali is a standup comedian who blossomed on the Philadelphia circuit before taking her commanding stage presence to NYC. She has opened for Michael Che, Marc Maron and Russell Howard. She’s most known for being a cast member on MTVs Girl Code and her two Comedy Central specials. FEATURE: HILLIARY BEGLEY Hilliary Begley's southern charm combined with her sass make for an unforgettable night of storytelling. From tales of her religious upbringing to those of adulthood, Hilliary will share her life story with you one laugh at a time. She made her film debut in the Netflix original Dumplin' as Aunt Lucy, or "Jennifer Anniston's fat sister," as Hilliary explains it. She can be seen in the Austin Film Festival winning movie When We Last Spoke with Cloris Leachman, now streaming on Amazon Prime. SPECIAL GUEST: ROXANNE MCDONALD A dynamic performer and comedian Roxanne McDonald spews energy and honesty. From the moment she hits the stage, she captures audiences with stories about her family and dating. Roxanne has opened for TJ Miller, Tammy Pescatelli, Fortune Feimster, and Noah Gardenswartz. HOST + PRODUCER: LAUREN ANSLEY Based in Charlotte, NC, Lauren Ansley is the founder of Lauren Ansley Presents and Beerly Funny. She has been a featured performer in several comedy festivals throughout the Carolinas, named one of the comedians to know by Charlotte Five and was featured in The Charlotte Observer.
