Energy rising yoga rooted in Ashtanga w/ creative flair live at Awaken.
This energy rising practice is based on poses from the Primary and/or Secondary Ashtanga Yoga sequence with a creative flair. Practitioners are led through Sun Salutations to warm the body and develop stamina followed by standing postures to develop balance, seated postures to open hips, strengthen forward folding, and develop spinal flexibility. The class will finish with back bending and a closing sequence with inversions to improve circulation and cool the body.
