Re-homing a sweet black tabby cat 1 1/2 years old

Seeking a new home for our cat Stella. She isn’t very compatible with our other other older cat and think she would be better in a home she can call her own. They just haven’t been working out together. She is a sweet and mellow, somewhat timid cat. Very chill. No aggression or scratching furniture issues that we’ve had. She is fixed, vaccinated, de-wormed, and micro-chipped. We have all the papers and certificates available. We’re asking for a rehoming fee of $100. A large 5ft cat tree is available as well if desired.
