Immediate position available for Handyman / Maintenance Man. GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON! Must have experience with all household repairs and general HOME maintenance, Including Repairs to the following: sheet rock, cement, plumbing, lite electric, roofing, landscaping (tree trimming), flooring, cabinets, +++. Handyman must have their own transportation (truck and trailer preferred) as well as own tools. Work is per the job. Settlement at the end of each week. We are A landlord in Fort Myers. Work consists of general maintenance and move out / repairs / update / move in. You MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTATED, BE ON TIME, BE CAPITALIZED, HAVE REFERENCES, HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE, CLEAN BACKGROUND (WE CHECK). Probably 15 - 30 Hours per week expected +. Interested? Give us a call.
