Can I play around on a drum set or get a small drumming lesson?

I am a complete beginner at drums, but I’ve always liked hopping on a set and trying if someone gives me the opportunity. I’ve got tempo and am slightly musically inclined. Just looking for someone to give me an hour lesson or let me play on their drums for somewhere around 25$… or in exchange for some light landscaping or painting, etc. It would be cool to learn a few different beats and basics.
