Arlington libraries will also be closed Saturday and Sunday. Patch blizzard updates >> During a ban, parking is not allowed on streets and permitted spots. Vehicles parked are subject to ticketing and towing. Parking is allowed in municipal lots at all times. Rates apply after ban. After a storm it is equally important for all residents and businesses to keep public walkways, fire hydrants, and catch basins clear. With mild weather predicted after the storm extra care to keep catch basins clear will greatly assist in reducing flooding. Bluebikes system shuts down at midnight: With heavy snow in the forecast, the Bluebikes system is to shut down tonight at midnight. The town expects to reopen the system by Monday morning.
