Bake-Along for Valentine's Day with Tina Zaccardi via Zoom. For the Valentine's Day program we will make Chocolate Raspberry Individual Ice Box Cakes for 2. Tina will be showing us how to make and bake the chocolate cookies, the raspberry whipped cream, and how to assemble the dessert. She will talk about other flavors that can be used as well as how to utilize other pans for a larger cake. This recipe makes 2 servings of Ice Box Cake. One for you and one for that special someone. Tina loves how elegant they look in the wine glasses, but any 6 oz glass will work....additional recipe instructions & ingredients will be provided when you register for this program.
