February Happenings at Pure Barre Woodbridge Pure Barre Woodbridge (PBW) is excited for another month of lifting, toning, and burning in our brand new studio! If you haven't tried Pure Barre yet, here's why you should join our studio: Pure Barre is a 50 minute cardio intensive workout designed to build lean muscle through low-impact exercises.  Share the Love at the Barre Join Pure Barre Woodbridge the weekend of Valentine's Day for lots of celebrations at the barre! We'll start on Friday 2/11 with a Barre and Brew event and bring your significant other to the barre, followed by a barre crawl to Waters End Brewery. Saturday 2/12 is Galentines with a Muffin Top Bake Off and Retail Sips and Shops. Bring a Gal Pal with you to the barre! We'll also have creative workshops where you'll be able to take your creation home with you. On Sunday, Barre Before the Bowl and take the challenge to double up that day! On Monday, we'll have a Valentine's Day Playlist.  Barre Before the Bowl Before you watch the Super Bowl, come to the studio and take a special challenge! Attend a Classic class then stick around for an Empower Intensive. You'll have some time in between classes to shop a secret retail item that will be dropping that day!
