HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Spring registration for HCYP baseball and softball has opened. Created for players ages five to 18, the focus falls on safety, fun, learning and winning, according to leaders. The HCYP facility at Kiwanis Wallas Park features 12 professionally maintained and manicured fields, covered dugouts, permanent mounds, breakaway bases, fenced-in fields, a concession stand, batting cages and bullpens.
