The Lousiana Tax Commision and Orleans Parish Assesor's Office is running behind on validating milage and billing data. (WDSU New Orleans) A contractor broke a water main in Abita Springs on Thursday causing the pressure to drop. The town is under a boil water advisory until further notice. (NOLA.com) Carnival captains must sign a legal document vouching for their members' vaccination status before parades can roll for this coming Mardi Gras season.
