Here are the top stories in New Orleans today: The City of New Orleans has announced that property tax bills will be delayed for all property owners until further notice. The Lousiana Tax Commision and Orleans Parish Assesor's Office is running behind on validating milage and billing data. (WDSU New Orleans) A contractor broke a water main in Abita Springs on Thursday causing the pressure to drop. The town is under a boil water advisory until further notice. (NOLA.com) Carnival captains must sign a legal document vouching for their members' vaccination status before parades can roll for this coming Mardi Gras season.
