Press release from the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce: January 26, 2022 CHARLESTON, SC – Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that David Caughran was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Charleston Horticultural Society's Board of Directors. The Charleston Horticultural Society provides quality educational programming that supports efforts, both big and small, to create beautiful, sustainable green spaces; fosters community partnerships; and preserves the legacy of horticulture in the Lowcountry. David's practice focuses on public finance law and he works with municipalities, counties, state entities and other organizations with bond issues and other financing structures. In addition, he assists clients with economic incentive matters when they are relocating to or expanding in South Carolina. He is a member of the SC Bar Young Lawyers Division, Spoleto SCENE and is a member of the current class of the Roper St. Francis Foundation Fellows Program.
