Elderly Temple Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Robert Reidy, 30, of Grand Avenue in Nashua on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl and alprazolam) on May 25, and Aug. 25, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he had been previously convicted on acts prohibited in Essex MA County Superior Court in September 2018. Corey Riel, 24, of Rand Drive in Chester on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Feb. 23, 2021, in Hudson and being in possession of a stolen motorcycle Sept. 23, 2021, in Hudson. Stephen Roberto, 36, of Louise Drive in Litchfield on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 16, 2021, in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Candia District Court in November 2008. Amelia Roy, 32, of Porter Avenue in Hudson on four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl, buprenorphine, clonazepam, and meth) on Aug. 10, 2021, in Hudson. Joel Shaw, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Jan. 22 and Oct. 30, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for drug dealing in November 1998 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. David Watson, 42, of Northampton Street in Worcester, MA, on a falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of throwing a crack pipe into the woods after crashing his car into a tree and telling a witness not to call anyone in an effort to impair a police investigation on Sept. 16, 2021, in Merrimack. Kenneth Sullivan, 78, of Stonegate Farm Road in Temple on two felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling and rubbing up against a girl in a sexual manner between April 10, 2001, and April 9, 2003, in Temple.
