Enrollment Expo Day! Our second enrollment expo is tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 29 from 8:30am-1:30pm. Here's how it works: Stop by our Expo Hub at the Tulsa Tech Peoria Campus (3850 N. Peoria Ave.) to enroll your child, learn about the programs and resources available for your child, pick-up fun giveaways, and enjoy breakfast or lunch free of charge. From the Expo Hub, you can catch a shuttle to visit any of our North Tulsa schoolsto tour the building and learn about the school community. (You can also drive or walk to participating schools to join a tour.) You can also catch a shuttle from any participating school to the Expo Hub at the Tulsa Tech Peoria Campus - click here for the bus schedule.  For each visit to our Expo Hub and schools on Saturday, Jan. 29, you'll be entered for a chance to win $500 courtesy of our partners at AVB Bank - so the more schools you visit, the more chances you have to win! The winner will be selected at random and notified by phone on Tuesday, Feb. 1. Save the date for our last Enrollment Expo on Saturday, February 5 from 8:30am-1:30pm to visit schools in Midtown and West Tulsa. Visitwww.tulsaschools.org/enrollexpo for more information. You can also stop by one of our other enrollment events to get help enrolling your child for the 2022-2023 school year:  In-person enrollment office hours Wednesday, Feb. 2, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Oasis Fresh Market, 1725 N. Peoria Ave. Thursday, Feb. 10, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Parent Resource Center at the Alcott Building, 525 E. 46th St. N. Online enrollment office hours - join Zoom live or call in at 312-626-6799 Monday, Jan. 31 from 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7 from 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.  COVID-19 Vaccination COVID-19 vaccines will be available during our next two Enrollment Expos for anyone ages 5 and up. You can receive your first dose, second dose, or booster of the Pfizer vaccine. Saturday, Jan. 29, 8:30am-1:30pm: Tulsa Tech Peoria Campus (3850 N. Peoria Ave.) Saturday, Feb. 5, 8:30am-1:30pm: Education Service Center (3027 S. New Haven Ave.) COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective at preventing COVID-19, reduce the risk of spreading the virus that causes COVID-19, and are currently available free of charge for children ages 5-11 and for all eligible individuals ages 12 and older. Booster shots are now recommended for individuals ages 12 and up. Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) The Oklahoma Department of Human Services's Summer 2021 Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer, or P-EBT, funds will now be distributed by Jan. 31. If you believe your child meets the eligibility criteria and you did not receive your 2020-2021 school year card by Oct. 15, 2021, or you do not receive your Summer P-EBT benefits by Jan. 31, 2022, please click here to fill out the review form by Feb. 28, 2022. If you qualify for benefits, DHS will disburse benefits in Spring 2022. If you have lost your child's P-EBT card, you may request a new card at (888) 328-6551 or connectEBT.com. Elementary Curriculum Selection We are asking for your help to select a new English Language Arts, Spanish Language Arts, and English Language Development for kindergarten through 5th grade! Families can review the proposed curriculum materials by: Attending ouropen houses on Feb. 1 or Feb. 10 from 4pm-7 pm at Wilson Teaching and Learning Center (2710 E. 11th St.), Visiting Wilson Teaching and Learning Center (2710 E. 11th St.) in-person on weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm, or Online here.
