Looking for 1 photographer and 1 videographer on February, 1st

Hi everyone. Looking for 1 photographer and 1 videographer on February, 1st in Scottsdale to cover the small event (30 people, teambuilding + sessions in the hotel + mingling, 3 locations, 3 different activities 1/1.5 hours long each). Coverage starts at 8 am (1-1.5 hours long), another one at 12 (till 1:30 pm) and the last one at 6 (till 7:30 pm). Total coverage is 4-4.5 hours. Payment: $450 for photo coverage and the same for the video coverage ($900 total). No editing needed, just RAW footage.
