Immediate openings! Masterfoam Spray Applied Technologies is a rapidly growing, well established commercial spray foam insulation, thermal barrier coating, waterproofing and fluid applied air barrier contractor. Our company uses cutting edge technology, materials and equipment and has been featured in national trade magazines for our work. We are looking for a select few key individuals to join our team. We currently have two experienced spray foam / air barrier installer positions available, as well as two Lead Sprayer / Foreman positions. These are full time permanent positions with excellent pay! Pay is based on experience and ability. We pay prevailing wage!! Preferences for experienced installers: - A minimum 2 years' experience spraying / installing closed and open cell polyurethane spray foam and/or fluid applied air barrier systems in a commercial environment. - Painting or coatings experience with airless sprayers is a plus but not required. Intumescent coatings experience a plus. - Must have working knowledge to operate Graco spray foam rigs and ability to rebuild a spray gun. - Valid driver's license with clean driving record required. CDL is a plus. - Experience spraying foam on exterior flat walls and stud cavities. - Experience with masonry and rough opening flashing systems and transition membranes preferred. - Experience with slab edge fireproofing and coating systems is a plus. - Physically capable to regularly lift 70lbs+ and work in aerial lifts, hydro scaffolds and masonry scaffold systems a plus. - ABAA Air Barrier or SPFA Spray Foam industry certified applicators are preferred but not required. - Fluid Applied waterproofing experience is a plus! - OSHA 10 Safety training or better preferred. Will be required upon hire. - Some light travel is required from time to time, however the vast majority of our work is local. Preferences for Lead Sprayer / Foreman positions: Applicants for the lead sprayer / foreman positions must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a commercial spray foam insulation, air barrier, and/or waterproofing applicator. Must have the ability to train and develop a team of applicators and laborers, a high level of mechanical ability and skill is required! This is a $100,000+ annual compensation package PLUS benefits and perks like a company vehicle, etc. Hourly pay plus overtime paid weekly.
