FULL CHARGE HOUSEKEEPER Are you quiet, private, analytical, and calm? Full charge housekeeper in a high-rise condo in Westwood and Medical office in Beverly Hills. Ideal Hours: 8 am-Noon each day potential to grow into more hours based on skills COMPENSATION: $20-$25 per hour based on skills and experience. JOB DUTIES INCLUDES: • 50% of this job is cleaning • Cleaning a 2+2 high rise condo • Cleaning medical office in Beverly Hills • Laundry • Sanitizing equipment – in office • Scanning documents and other simple computer tasks • Watering plants • Assist in taking care of 2 cats • Organizing inventory in the office • Errands • Able to follow a checklist on a calendar with very little management once training on how to do each task REQUIREMENTS: * Must speak English - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Must live within a 30-minute drive to Beverly Hills * Strong work ethic, honest, truthful * 100% reliable * Basic Computer skills * Detailed oriented. Extremely focused, meticulously organized, and systems-oriented. Takes pride in fully completing work flawlessly at a quick pace. * Must own a car, insurance, and a California driver’s License. * A history of stable background. * Responsible, reliable, punctual, flexible, honest, focused, detailed, organized, able to follow directions and systems, responsible, professional. * Have at least 3 excellent professionals, verifiable references * Legally allowed to work in the US * Willing to do a background check HOW TO APPLY -- Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
