Looking for a tasty lead guitarist to join a band in transformation. We're a guitarist - lead singer, bassist, and drummer - the lead singer guitarist is a professional song writer who makes his living writing songs for tv & film projects, the drummer is a professional session drummer who also makes a living licensing music for sync, and the bassist is a professional gigging bass player who is a staple of the Portland music scene. Our musical inspiration is vast and wide from classic Americana Folk (Neil Young, Tom Petty) to Modern Pop (the Weeknd) to Soul (Leon Bridges, Prince, Otis Redding) to classic Folk/Rock (Bruce Springsteen, George Harrison, Bob Dylan) -- we have no preconceived notions to what this new band should sound like. We are mainly looking for other professional players who have passion for playing their instrument, like to take playing music serious with other serious players, and (most importantly) have fun creating music with other people. Whatever genre or style that takes us in can be left to the chemistry and vibe of our playing together. We have a nice place to rehearse at the song writers house in NE Portland but open to playing else where if a better space is available. We're all vaccinated and would expect everyone else to be vaccinated as well.
