We talk a brief introduction to the endocannabinoid system and learn about a varietal of plant medicine. Plus a warming slow flow vinyasa yoga class. Social distancing in effect as class will be capped at 8 students. Please where your mask in the establishment but you can take off when practicing yoga.
Kelly has been teaching for 6 years and practicing for 12 years in January.
She is a 230 HR registered yoga instructor through yoga alliance, and has taught styles of yoga that include yoga for rock climbers, ashtanga, slow flow vinyasa, and yin.
Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat. A water bottle is recommended. We can't wait to see you at Earth & Roots :)
