Memo January 28th 2022 Due to the badgering From the other apartments where I live here at the Farmington apt,s Beaverton, Rather than stroying my property at the U-haul rental Dealer and storage, near the Tualatin Park and ride, for fear of burglaries from possibly the same people over an estimated three year time- spend, Possibly homeless end or heroin addicts. I decided to begin moving out of the Washington county area, as I believe this Badgering is coming from Law enforcement. Possibly the Washington County Sheriff's Department. I believe this for several reasons. First this badgering is constant, Some of this is Hi-Tech sound effects, Over the year at my home it has been constant around the clock. It seems to be a widespread effort from people wherever I go. This collectively over the year has lead to not only to Permanent Damage, But to my pain and suffering To continue, Across tv-highway to the U-Haul dealership, across from my apartment complex,for the second time, a day apart. Basically” due to Failure of a personal contact number, Who they require for a rent. There I was Waited on and interrogated by a Questionably dressed Female. Who seemed to be polite as I assumed they were Under New Management from the prior people a few months back last summer, Then I was met, what”, back then by two employees, Who bullied me then strong-armed robbed me. I am not sure but this seem to Possibilly have human trafficking and gang-related activitys here at my apartment complex who may want me out of the way ?. In our new homeowners association here at our apartment complex at the Farmington Apartments, We maybe looking for a 14th Amendment equal protection lawsuit against Washington County due to these issues that are now being looked at by Law enforcement Seriously”.
