Seeking a fun & kind afternoon nanny for 2 boys, ages 5 & 8

Hi there! We're a Berkeley family of four (plus a dog) looking for an afternoon nanny for our two boys, 5yrs and 8yrs, for 3hrs a day on weekdays. We're looking for someone fun, responsible, energetic and creative to pick them up from school, bring them home and hang with them here until we're off work. You can take our car for pickup to keep the car seat situation simple, but you will need to have a driver's license and a clean driving record. The boys are both at Rosa Parks elementary about 5 minutes away, and will need to be picked up and brought home around 3:00 when school lets out. Then we are generally done with work by 5:30 or 6:00. After a full day of kindergarten and 2nd grade, they're usually glad to get some down time at home before walking or riding bikes 1/2mile to take them and our dog out for out to the park or something nearby. Our dog, Charlie, is a 3yo chocolate lab who is a big friendly guy but he is strong so you'll need to be able to handle him on a leash between here and the park. If you give him a treat he will love you. We're an easy-going family and we value kindness and mutual respect. Our previous arrangements have been for $20/hr and we'd like to stay close to that.
