Dynamic, established, Landscape construction and maintenance company is looking for motivated individuals. These are Full Time positions working in the Great Outdoors! We are looking for: Project Manager/Designer: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the landscape construction industry with background in Design, Plant identification, drainage systems, irrigation, hardscapes including structural walls, low voltage lighting, etc. Be self motivated. This is a position that can offer some training. Valid Driver license is required. STARTING salary 35k - 45k depending on experience. Negotiable. Benefits include paid holidays and 40 hours PTO after 90 Days. At this time there is no health insurance as a company benefit. Production Quarterly Bonus available after 6 months. Construction Foreman: Must have minimum 2 years experience in the landscape construction field and be self motivated. Valid Driver license required. Experience driving a small dump truck, pulling trailers and operating machinery, supervising technicians, detail oriented. STARTING Pay is $15-$19 per hour depending on proven experience. Benefits include paid holidays and 40 hours PTO after 90 days. Production Quarterly Bonus after 6 months. Maintenance Foreman: Must have a minimum 3 years experience working in the property maintenance field, be mechanically inclined and have a valid driver license. Self motivated. STARTING PAY between $17 - $19 depending on experience. Negotiable. Benefits include paid holidays and 40 hours PTO after 90 days. Production Quarterly Bonus after 6 months. Construction and Maintenance Technicians: No experience or driver license required. Must be a legal citizen of the US or have valid SS#. Training is available. STARTING pay is $13-$17 depending on experience and having a valid driver license. Benefits include paid holidays and 40 hours PTO after 1 year. Production Quarterly Bonus after 1 year.
