Need HVAC help/tools installing mini split

Recently bought a Cooper and Hunter 9,000 BTU mini split for my garage workshop. I’m not sure exactly what makes this a non-DIY kit but reviews mention needing an HVAC pro with a vacuum pump/gauges and other tools to help install. I can mount the unit and do electrical but I am mostly looking for someone to help with the more complex portions of the hookup. Instruction manual is available on the unit’s amazon posting, (search Cooper and Hunter 9,000 BTU, 115V mini split). May be easier to pay you hourly but if you want to quote me one price for this job or send me your hourly rate either works, i can pay cash or venmo/cashapp. Text is preferred, 262-794-9154
