I’m an artist who works out of a great studio space in Brooklyn. Starting February 1st, I’m looking to share my private art studio with a fellow artist for $350/ month. It’s located in of an industrial building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, close to the Gowanus Canal & Industry City. I have a day job and I’m there only a few times a month, so you would have it all to yourself most of the time. There is 24/7 access to the building and the studio. The studio itself is equipped with a locking door, fan, and a window (for artists using glues or solvents), and there are many other private studios down the hall.
