Looking for Sax player for get together sessions. Kawasaki KL 6 was stolen from Bath, NY. The person who stole it has been arrested by the law enforcement and in jail. He has given information that this bike has been sold. The authorities is investigating to locate this bike. Anybody who has information on this bike is requested to contact law enforcement and pass on the information so that the law enforcement can locate the bike. Newly formed quartet(Vocals, Guitar, Bass, and Drums) doing a mixture of originals and covers looking to add a keyboardist or guitarist to our group. We have a wide array of Influences including The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Grateful Dead, The 13th Floor Elevators, Conway Twitty, The Velvet Underground, Iggy Pop & The Stooges, Black Sabbath, All Them Witches, Kyuss, Sleep, The Black Angels, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf...ETC. We are between the ages of 25 and 35 and would prefer someone in our age range. We meet in South Reno. We're an original rock band, in our late 40s. We get together once or twice a month to perform our original material, and the occasional cover song. This is not a touring band. It's more of a home recording/performing project for people who love to play, and don't miss lugging equipment around to local bars. It's like Darryl Hall's Garage! Influences include The Who, Radiohead, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Kinks, Cream, The Doors, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains. You get the picture... and you can hear samples of our original material below. My home studio is fully equipped with a PA System, 24 channel mixer, 8 track reel to reel, Logic Pro DAW, and tons of fancy mics. Our focus is on having fun, creating great music, and making great recordings. -We have a lead guitarist who writes most of our material. He sings background and lead. -We have a bass player who does not feel like singing, but can. -We have a drummer who handles the recording, reluctantly sings harmonies and pays the mortgage on the rehearsal space.
