I have a black male cat, that is fixed. I rescued him about 15 months ago from the Northwood animal clinic where he was taken after being hit by a car. He is missing an eye, and has a plate and screws in his back leg, also some of tail had to be cut. He is still a little skiddish around new people, but is very sweet and loving, once he gets to know you. He comes with me for to walk the dog, lol. He has lived with other dogs too. He mostly stays outside for me, goes to bathroom outside, no litter box, comes home for about an hour a dusk everynite to eat. He still has his claws, but is fixed. I am leaving at the end of Feb and not able to take with me. I was thinking about just leaving a big bowl of food outback, and still might, but kinda feel bad, if someone is interested, maybe we can find a new home in the next month.
