Primarily sweeping retail parking lots and parking garages. Based upon the needs of our customers the hours of service are nights starting at 9:00pm until the route is complete, Will need to use a backpack blower to walk perimeter of parking lots and landscaped islands and operate industrial mobile sweeper to clean the parking lot. Pre & Post trip check all fluids. Must possess current drivers license with Clean DMV record.
