Join Phillip from Raines Honey Farm and learn the benefits of local honey as well as fun recipes and uses Phillip Raines, Honey Farmer and owner of Raines Honey Farm, will be hosting a class in the Market Incubator Kitchen on Thursday, January 14th. Students will learn about the honey farm, the differences in local honey versus mass production honey, and how to use honey in every day recipes. Ticket includes taste samples of the demo recipes as well as TWO honey-based take home gifts. Learn how to make items like: the Bees Knees Cocktail (full size will also be available for purchase during class), Honey Citron Tea, Honey Lavender Facial Scrub, Honey BBQ sauce, and more!
