Licensed Electrician & Plumber needed to assist completing this project. Signed and sealed drawings are already approved by the city. Drawings include all plumbing and electrical requirements. Electric panel schedules including all circuiting identified. Project Description: 1. Approx. 6,000 sqft college student housing near the University of Scranton. (6) apartments over (3) floors. Basement, 1st flr, 2nd flr. 2. Building has been completely gutted from all electric, mechanical and plumbing (clean slate). 3. Rough-in carpentry is complete. 4. Need rough-in for electrical and plumbing to schedule final framing inspection. Electrical: 1. There are (7) electric meters on an outside wall, each meter with disconnect and existing feeders. Splice feeders in basement and run to panel boards (7 100-amp) total, (6) located at each apartment and (1) house panel in the basement. 2. Install panels in each apartment, install junction boxes for receptacles, lights, switches run wiring back to panels for each apartment. 3. Install wiring for electric heaters, exhaust fans, recirc pumps, basement furnace, rinnai heater. Plumbing: 1. Underground plumbing is complete. Basement concrete floor already poured. 2. Complete plumbing and connect to underground for (8) bathrooms and (6) kitchens (DWV and domestic piping (Pex and PVC)). 3. Run water main from basement wall and connect (7) water-meters in the basement (existing meters relocated). 4. Install (7) electric water heaters in basement and run domestic water to bathrooms and kitchens. 5. Install (~4) recirc. pumps and recirc. piping out to apartments. 6. Run gas pipe to (1) 80 mbtuh furnace in the basement and (1) Rinnai gas heater on 1st floor. There are (2) gas-meters located outside.
