Center City mid-rise condominium seeks a highly skilled maintenance technician. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in multi-story buildings and hands-on experience with plumbing, electricity, elevators, hvac, and all central systems. Responsibilities include interacting with outside vendors, maintaining common areas and amenities, and in-unit repairs. Must be professional, polite, friendly, and interact well with co-workers, supervisors, and residents. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record needed. Must have own tools, be able to lift and lower heavy objects up to 50 pounds and climb 24 ft. ladders. Please email cover letter, resume, and salary requirement.
