Center City mid-rise condominium is looking for a full-time and a part-time janitor/housekeeper. QUALIFICATIONS - A positive, courteous, and friendly demeanor. - Ability to accept direction, work with others, and work independently. - Good judgment and composure in high-pressure situations. - Familiarity with cleaning products and methods. - Ability to lift and lower heavy objects up to 35 pounds. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Collect trash and recycling from each floor's trash room to basement dumpster. - Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop common area floors. - Dust and clean common areas and amenities. - Clean elevator interiors. - Change light bulbs as needed. - Assist residents with packages as needed. Prior janitor or housekeeping experience in a residential building is preferred but not required. Please submit your resume.
