Description
I’ve made the hard decision to rehome my 2 female guinea pigs. One is about 3 years old, the other is just a juvenile. Caring for them has become overwhelming & they are not getting the care & attention guinea pigs require - I’m currently in nursing school, have a family, a job, & 2 male guinea pigs before I took the females in. Both piggies have big personalities & do not bite. The adult is quite vocal, she is constantly chattering & makes the cutest purr when she’s getting head scratches: for being so vocal though, they seldom get loud or become destructing. It is my priority to find them a loving home that will provide:
1. A safe habitat with adequate space (8-10sq ft) & placed in an area of the home frequently occupied (ie: the living room, den, kitchen)
2. A caretaker that has competent knowledge of their care & needs. I’m happy to provide resources for those who’ve taken the initiative to do research of their own.
Here’s what I plan to provide in the rehome of my piggies:
•Wire cube storage panels & plastic connector pieces for a DIY C&C style habitat
• water bottle, food dishes, & hay holder
• some starter bedding of your choice: hay or fleece (we prefer fleece bedding as it’s more cost efficient & smells better)
• an exercise ball
• collapsable metal corral
• their huts
• a couple days worth of their pellet food & supplement
• some Timothy hay & fresh treats for the ride to their new home
If you’re interested in giving them a home please email or text me to discuss. {804}three \8/five.- :2697 - Katy
