Found a beagle or hound type dog near fairgrounds in Newport. If yours, please contact me with info about the collar he was wearing or pictures to show it is yours. Have tried the neighbors & nobody seems to claim him. Very skinny & multiple wounds, may have been lost or stray for some time.
