Looking to adopt a puppy that will be under 15 pounds. Looking for something small (but no chihuahuas!) like a shihtzu, cockapoo or something mixed with poodle or a dachshund. Not looking to spend more than $1500 and must be within 2 hours of Morehead or willing to meet as I WILL NOT send any type payment over the internet.
