Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour commensurate with experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 20 to 30 hours per week; flexible 4-hr or 6-hr shift
Location: Lake Forest / Laguna Hills
Established growing eCommerce retailer is seeking an operations associate to join our team. You will be the primary person responsible for shipping and customer support. The ideal candidate will be a team player with an upbeat, can-do attitude who can multi-task. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must. Prior shipping or customer service experience is desirable. Full training and onboarding will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 customer support via phone and online
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, issues and concerns
- Update various reports
- Fulfill sales orders, pick/package/re-package products for shipments (small 1 to 12 lbs)
- Fulfill/palletize bulk orders (20 to 40 lbs)
- Process returns and refurbishment
- Track supplies and inventory
- Maintain office warehouse in a clean and orderly environment
- Use pallet stacker to move inventory
- Provide support in ad hoc project (i.e. receive inventory, physical inventory count, implement barcode system, etc)
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer and internet
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Requirement:
- Must have reliable transportation and good attendance
- Accuracy is an absolute must
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
