Some Yardwork, Trim and Cabinet painting

Looking for 1 to 3 people for this gig. This gig pays by EACH job completed. (Pictures to Follow) 1) The Yard - leaves on the roof needs to be blown off, leaves need to be raked up, and leaves need to be blown off edge of road and raked up. 2) The Yard - weeds pulled, mulch edge re-done (pushed down), and mulch spread and put down. 3) Interior Paint - paint chimney, paint trim, a few doors, and two cabinets. 4) Interior - remove some paint splatter from bathroom floor and cabinets and paint a few doors. 5) Interior - tack down and cut rug on edge (in closet). Have tack strip and nails. (Experience preferred) The job is in the map area, do not ask me for my address with you're to come do the job or jobs. No shows will be blocked...
