Description

We’re looking for handymen and tradesmen, FULL-TIME or PART-TIME, working in a residential housing community repairing homes, remodeling, improving infrastructure. We need several workers with a variety of skills (PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, CONCRETE, REMODELING, DRYWALL, HOME REPAIR, EQUIPMENT REPAIR, etc). Pay is based upon experience and skills ($18 - 22). There is also an option (if you’d like) to work in exchange for FREE HOUSING (2-bedroom house ON A LAKE) in a great location in Lutz, Florida. We offer PLEASANT WORKING CONDITIONS with a great property management team (respectful, appreciative, and kind!) offering flexible work days and times.
