Custodial Services We are seeking a hardworking Janitor to join the team at Anaina Hou Community Park, home of Mini Golf & Gardens, and the Porter Pavilion.  This is an opportunity to work within a fun, fast-paced environment providing excellent cleaning and custodial duties. Essential Duties: ● Maintaining clean and welcoming conditions for our guests across all campus areas ● Remain knowledgeable about Anaina Hou activities and providing a clean area for guests upon arrival ● Rotating deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms ● Deep Cleaning after events ● Maintaining a cleaning schedule for admin offices ● Maintaining a cleaning schedule for commercial kitchens Skills Required: ● Team player ● Strong communication skills ● Ability to effectively work and interact with staff, vendors, volunteers and the general public ● Ability to resolve problems in a constructive manner ● Ability to work under pressure ● Must be self motivated to complete tasks without constant supervision ● Must have reliable transportation Pay rate starts at $20.00 per hour.   Must be available and willing to work weekend shifts and evenings, as required. Must be able to have a flexible schedule and adapt to the changing events schedule of the facility. Requirements for Employment: Proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination status Custodial Experience Hours: This position is 10 - 15 hours a week with the occasional need for extra shifts depending on event scheduling. The shifts are 2 hours each day in the mornings before campus opens up to the public.
