Description
We are currently seeking a full time plumbing Foreman/Supervisor EXPERIENCED ONLY.
-Familiar with ground-up new construction projects/alterations with a good working knowledge of all trades.
-Experience in reading and understanding drawings and NYC Plumbing Code.
-Able to professionally communicate on a daily basis with job supers & project managers.
-Daily log reports.
-Create punch list and maintain job schedule.
-Oversee safety program and administer toolbox talks.
-Valid drivers license.
