We would argue only one thing would...bubbles and cheese! Don't miss your chance to share a night of fun sparkling wines with your favorite Aperitivo friends, and maybe someone else you care about other than us too! We know we might not be your number one, and that's okay too! Join us at Aperitivo, in person, to talk about and taste some incredible sparkling wines from around the world. We will explore some of the history of this style, how it is made, and some of our favorite producers and what makes them special. ...and of course there will be great cheese pairings to go with your bubbly!
