Fundraiser for the children of Officer Keona Holley Join the Signal 13 Foundation and Little Havana for an event to raise money for the children of fallen Baltimore City police officer Keona Holley. The $50 event ticket includes passed appetizers and open bar in our private room from 5pm-8pm on Sunday February 6th 2022. If you are unable to attend the event due to Covid 19 but still would like to contribute, please use the donation ticket option. The Signal 13 Foundation is a local non profit that provides relief and peace of mind to police personnel and their families during times of distress. The foundation mission is to provide financial assistance to Baltimore City Police personnel who experience personal crises and financial hardships.
