Join Chef Seamus Platt (previously of The Shambles) owner of Norcino Salumi to discuss and make 3 types of fresh sausages Interested in making fresh sausage at home? Or just curious to see how the sausage is made? In this class we will discuss technique and theory behind making quality fresh sausages using pork from Hogstead Farm and 100% natural pork casings. We will discuss, cut, grind, mix and stuff 3 different flavors and guests will get to take their sausage creations home. Also covered will be equipment used, pork quality, and cooking methods. This is an interactive class and we will be handling meat and other food products. There is no minimum skill level! All are welcome to attend! Instructor is fully vaccinated and masks are required during class.
