Hello! My family recently had to put our dog down after 13 years we got Nika thinking she would be a perfect fit for our family and she isn’t. 1.We need a dog that will bark and let us know when neighbors walk by Nika is super super sweet and just wags her tail. 2.has gotten out of my iron fence twice in the few days I’ve had her…she used to be in a chain link fence (I’m sorry but I have a baby and don’t have time to husky proof the yard and make sure she isn’t out in the road or stolen) We are looking for a guard dog, Nika unfortunately will not be that but she’s great with kids, other animals..! Just a sweetheart she like to try to get out of fences as well.. I was told she didn’t do that but she does try to squeeze thru if u have bigger fence. I have a baby and don’t have time for Nika to be trying to get out of my iron fence she used to be in a chain link fence.. we got Nika from Craigslist drove 4 hours she so sweet but not what we need for our family!! She is spayed and up to date on shot. I was also told she only like to be outside.. the few days we have had her all she wants inside 50% of the time, she just loves everybody and wants to be around people. This is really hard but we need a dog that will bark and she simply NOT going to do that!! :) (Yes, I feel incredibly irresponsible I didn’t realize huskies like to escape from the yard, and that they don’t bark and make terrible guard dogs or even watch dogs) But I want her to go to a good loving home that’s the right fit!!
