The Miss BostonScholarship Organization is a prestigious program dedicated to providing young women with scholarships, and public speaking opportunities. Miss Boston and Miss Cambridge are Greater Boston's largest preliminaries for Miss America and each year the young woman crowned as Miss Boston/Cambridge competes for the title of Miss Massachusetts.
