There has been a small grey and white cat hanging around my neighborhood here in Prosser. It seems to stick to Prosser Ave and Guernsey area around the houses nearby. I can't get it to come to me, but it talks a lot and seems pretty scared. If it is your cat you should be able to spot it when its walking around, it likes to hide in the bushes and behind steps of nearby homes. Please if it is your cat and you are just letting it run loose remember it is way too cold and dangerous to be letting your cat run around town. Be a responsible pet owner and take care of your pet.
