Seeking bassist and drummer variety band

Greetings, Well, it's time to try again. I am looking for an experienced bassist and drummer for a variety band. Rock, Country, etc. A" singing bassist" who is experienced in playing 60's,70's, 80's to current Rock, Country, Blues to help me front the band would be a good start. Main goal: Be a bit better than an average bar band in sound and presentation. Be consistent. Play about 4 to 5 gigs a month for decent pay. Though this will require some rehearsal time at 1st, I am not one who wishes to do endless weekly sessions. Rather, get a crew that is compatible, work up some tight sets, then play gigs, have fun, get paid. Try to make it more fun than work. (I have a couple of perspective 4th members, either a female & Guitartist keyboard guy who will come in once/if I find the solid bassist and drummer.Getting a solid bassist and drummer in the same place at the same time has been the main obstacle.) Though my Band Hall is in Clute, 90% of the venues I book are all over Houston, Kemah, Katy, Conroe etc... Serious inquiries only please.
