Fundraiser for Children and the Earth Charity, Cocktails, Couture. Girls, break out your sexiest red dress! (or whatever color dress you want.) Guys, dress to impress. This is the most amazing Valentine's party of the season. We are raising money to help Lincoln, a 7 year old boy diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma. Read more about Lincoln below. Be an Angel is the name of the party where we raise money for the official charity called Children and The Earth; they help Utah kids with overwhelming medical needs who don’t have insurance. The child changes each event, so come to our events to find out which child we are helping. There is a $20.00 cover, which 100% of this charge goes to the charity. We will also have a a silent auction, and professional photographer. Dress Code: Guys should dress up to get in. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone. Questions? PM Chad Anderson or Darren Bolingbroke. Meet Lincoln he was diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma at 4 -months-old in 2015. He had a partial liver resection and 2 rounds of chemotherapy, followed by remission. After 18 months in remission, an undifferentiated cancer was found in his kidney and his lungs. Lincoln was 21-months-old at this time. He began chemotherapy again, but after a few rounds, it was unsuccessful in treating the mets in his lungs. In 2017 he was given an opportunity to be on a trial. The trial was working great and keeping him stable. He remained on that medication until the summer of 2021. In February his arm started hurting, after investigation a bone met was found in his wrist. Over the summer his cancer had continued to spread to new locations. Since he was no longer considered stable on his trial med he was put back onto a new chemotherapy regimen in August 2021. Despite chemotherapy, new lesions were found and others continued to grow. In November he was taken off chemotherapy once again, he has since done one dose of radiation to 4 spots with immunotherapy. After reaching out to Boston and Denver it was decided to begin a clinical trial using target medication for a specific marker the tumor has. This trial is set to begin in January 2022 and required him to be out of state for a month to complete the first cycl Children and the Earth was created to help disadvantaged children within our community and beyond.  Our mission is to assist children faced with life threatening, sometimes terminal illness. Anything from cancer, special needs, to rare disease. Children and The Earth has come together to create special opportunities for these children and their families to make memories to last a lifetime. We also assist in easing the burden of medical expenses while these children are faced with hard battles. We’ve done it all from checking every item off terminally ill children’s bucket lists to remodeling a home to make it more wheel chair accessible. There is nothing we won’t try to come together to accomplish for these children and their families. Children and The Earth is our heart and soul and we give it our best to be there every step of the way and give back to our community in any way we can. We believe nobody should fight alone and we will never give up!
